MailTofile now has a function to add an automatic reference number in the subject line of the email. Even upon sending the unique reference will be added. The reference can be formatted having the client or project code, having the year digits, and/or having a company code.
The automatic number can be given per project (each project starts with 0001), or for the company in total (overall numbering).
